The SOF Remote IFAK V.2 is a purpose-driven, combat-tested medical pouch engineered by Sabre Consultancies in collaboration with experienced Special Forces Medics and Combat Medical Technicians.
Developed through extensive analysis of frontline medical response in conflicts such as Ukraine and Afghanistan, this IFAK is designed to perform under extreme pressure — especially in remote environments where enhanced medical reach back is delayed or unavailable.
Through countless hours of operational testing, we've refined every aspect of this pouch to support Immediate Lifesaving Intervention (ILSI), even in scenarios involving Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) or high-stress conditions. The result is a colour-coded, highly organised, and intuitive layout that helps medics and operators respond faster and more effectively..
This product enables users to tailor their medical loadout into a neat and organised insert pouch without crushing or damaging the contents.

One-Handed Quick Release — Internal insert deploys instantly with a single motion for rapid access.
Clamshell Layout — Opens flat to reveal clearly organized, mission-ready contents.
Elastic Storage Loops — 6 double loops (3 large, 3 small) for secure item retention.
