Risk to Readiness #001: 5 Lessons That Translate Across Risk Management & Defence:

For our initial post in the Risk to Readiness series, we sit down with our Operations Officer C, to explore five lessons that carry a direct application across both the defence and risk management sectors.

 C comes from a background in defence having led multiple teams on operations in conflict zones across the globe. Most recently C has been deployed in Ukraine delivering Short Term Training Team (STTT) packages for organisations such as the Armed Forces for Ukraine and PDMSh.
